Wu-Block
Wu-Block back? That’s seems to bee the case, as official artwork and a tracklist for Wu-Block 2, due out on May 20, hit the Internets today.
This dropped late last week, but should nevertheless make it into your rotation. Wu-Block, the brainchild of Ghostface Killah and Sheek Louch, share “Crack Spot Stories,” featuring Raekwon and Jadakiss, the opening cut off their self-titled album.
Wu-Block, the collaboration between Wu-Tang Clan’s Ghostface Killah and D-Block’s Sheek Louch, sounds good on paper, and songs like these prove their blueprint had a solid musical foundation. Ghostface isn’t found on “Drivin Round,” but Sheek gets verbal assists from Masta Killa and GZA as well as Erykah Badu on the chorus.
The best of The D-Block and the best of the Wu-Tang Clan are finally going to drop their Wu-Block album on November 27th. Courtesy of Amazon, the same place where you can preorder the album, you can now get a feel for the album with the release of the tracklist.
This song was originally called “Stick Em,” but now the official version of this Sheek Louch, Ghostface Killah and Jadakiss record hits the streets called “Stick Up Kids.” This will obviously be on the upcoming Wu-Block album, that is coming soon.

The long discussed collaborative album between Wu-Tang Clan’s Ghostface Killah and D-Block’s Sheek Louch called Wu-Block is inching closer to reality. After a number of leaked tracks, fans finally get an official lead single titled “Union Square.” Sheek and Ghost first connected musically on “Metal Lungies” from the latter’s The Pretty Toney Album.
