A San Francisco man, Steven Cibotti, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for his threats to shoot a multiracial family wearing "Black Lives Matter" t-shirts in a restaurant in 2020. According to reports, Cibotti also received an order barring him from contact with the family.

A video of two Black girls being blatantly ignored by a character performer at the Sesame Place theme park over the weekend has gone viral, prompting others to share their videos of other Black children getting the same treatment. The park issued a statement, which was called out for being untrue. Since then, they've stated that bias training will be implemented.

An unpublished memoir from Carolyn Bryant Donham, the woman who falsely accused 14-year-old Emmett Till in 1955, has surfaced. The discovery coincided with the discovery of an unserved warrant for kidnapping, naming Donham in it along with her late husband and brother-in-law.

Three accused white supremacists have been arrested and charged with leaving more than 100 messages of hate on the properties of residents in the small and overwhelmingly (93 percent) white town of Hornell, New York. Unsurprisingly, the first report of their literal hate mail campaign came from a predominately Black church.
