R. Kelly’s legal losses continue to pile up in 2022 as the R&B pariah once again was found guilty of some of his many alleged crimes related to his sexual perversion.

R. Kelly is handed another loss in court as the federal judge who convicted him in June has approved the seizure of close to $28,000 that was in his prison account. In a nine-page letter, Judge Ann Donnelly cited the fact that the singer has not paid any of the fines that he was ordered to pay in his June sentencing for racketeering and sex trafficking.

Lawyers for Jim DeRogatis filed the motion on Tuesday, citing that the writer could be subject to “harassment or intimidation." The writer had previously been called to testify in the disgraced singer's 2008 trial, where he invoked protections from an Illinois law that shielded reporters from divulging information.

A 37-year-old woman testified that she and disgraced singer R.Kelly had sex "uncountable times" before she turned 18 in his federal trial in Chicago, Illinois on Thursday. The woman referred to as "Jane", also spoke about how he groomed her after meeting her when she was 13 years old.
