Tekashi 6ix9ine’s a lightning rod for controversy but as far as he’s concerned it’s all relevant to his success and with his debut album Dummy Boy dropping on the 23rd and a Netflix show in the works, he’s confirmed that he’s not changing anytime soon.

Last Friday (Nov. 15), before he got popped the Feds, the troll straight outta Brooklyn stopped by The Breakfast Club for a lengthy interview in which the colorful rapper let it be known that he wasn’t going to stop being a “loose cannon” just to appease his critics.

Talking about everything from why he fired his entire team to his stunt in Chicago, 6ix9ine continues to prove that when it comes to interviews you won’t find any hairs on his tongue.

Here are the 10 things we learned from Tekashi 6ix9ine on The Breakfast Club.

1. Full Court Press

Tekashi admits that he was sure he was going to get sentenced to jail and was “crying” about it behind the scenes. He says he’s spent half a million on legal fees this year alone. Money well spent as he’s avoided doing a bid at every single turn. Update: Well actually.

2. Giving Back

6ix9ine’s big on charity but not in the usual manner as he said he’s given out close to a million dollars to people in the streets in the different places he visits. Does that qualify as being tax deductible or nah?

3. Fired Up

Tekashi says he fired MTA Booking because aside from stealing hundreds of thousands from shows they booked for him, they apparently gave his mother’s address to a promoter and told him to do something to her if Tekashi backed out of a show. But the straw that broke the camel’s back was when he found out he was supposed to be getting $3.6 million for 15 shows but was originally told he’d only be getting $300K.

4. Blackmail

According to Tekashi, his booking agency tried to blackmail him into doing the shows by threatening to tell TMZ and anyone else his private business. He didn’t care though and still fired them and canceled the tour.

5. Trey Nay?

After blowing up Treway, 6ix9ine says he’s done with it. “I just don’t want to be bothered. I want to be left alone. I’m done.” He says that even his mother doesn’t have his new number. Word?!

6. Real Street Sh*t

As for why no one’s been claiming to be behind his kidnapping and robbing, Tekashi says when it’s real street drama no one takes to IG to snitch on themselves. What about this guy though?

7. Secure In Himself

Tekashi has no problem with people questioning his street cred because of his high priced security detail. “When you 10 for 10 on the Billboard you the hottest artist in the world. I’ll be stupid if I had no security. You know how many people out there wanna make an example out of me?”

8. Chicago Times

As for his stunt in Chicago, Tekashi confirms that he showed up to O-Block in the wee hours of the morning and stayed a whole 15 seconds. “I was gone!” He justified his quick stay by saying “I’ma sit there and entertain y’all, but I’m not gonna sit there and die for y’all.”

9. Trippie Redd

Tekashi says there isn’t any problems between him and Trippie Redd. “Me and his girlfriend had a talk about him. He’s cool.” He did say he’s not changing his trolling ways.

10. Gay Rumors

Tekashi says he’s heard the rumors that he’s gay and as long as he sells records “they can think what they want” and “whatever you call me, I’m that.”
