For the past few years Shad Moss a.k.a Bow Wow has been the butt of many jokes for many reasons but at the end of the day it doesn’t seem to phase him and he takes it all in stride. That being said the former Dogg Pound member (yes, it’s true) is going on a media tour to say he’s not going to be doing anymore interviews (apparently he’ll be putting out his own interview clips from here on).
Today Shad checked into The Breakfast Club to talk about his many L’s and revealed that he was indeed part of Death Row Records during it’s peak years, getting handled backstage at a concert, and why he contemplated taking his own life.

1. Death Row Inmate
Bow Wow says he was signed to Death Row when Snoop, Dre and Suge were still running things. Kurupt even wrote a song for Bow Wow for the Murder Was The Case soundtrack, but it didn’t make the cut. What’s even more interesting is that Bow Wow was originally a member of The Dogg Pound and even had a Dogg Pound chain at the age of 6. Eventually Snoop connected Bow Wow to Jermaine Dupri (a move he didn’t like at all).

2. Down In The DM’s
That DM conversation that was posted in which Bow Wow threatened some dude over his girl and said he ran Ohio was “fake news.” Bow says that the dude photoshopped that entire conversation and he never said he ran Ohio.

3. What Knockout?
As for that video where he got punched, Bow Wow says it was a “miscommunication” and said he didn’t get hit in the face and he didn’t get knocked out. He said dude football hit him and that he doesn’t have any problem with Future.

4. No Baby Mama Drama
He says that he hasn’t spoken to his baby mother or seen her in like 2 years. He communicates with his 7-year-old daughter on FaceTime, so he doesn’t have to go through his baby moms to see her. Though he does respect his baby mother, he says they’re more at peace when they’re not communicating.

5. Child Support
In response to saying he only made $4,000 a month when the court wanted him to pay $3,000 a month in child support, Bow Wow says “I’m a businessman” and that he isn’t broke. On a related note he also says he was served child support papers as soon as he entered his daughter’s first birthday party. Cold!

6. Suicidal Thoughts
When Sha tweeted out some disturbing thoughts on suicide and not wanting to be around anymore, Bow says that there’s been times that he’s contemplated killing himself. He says he feels like he’s done everything he’s wanted to do and there’s nothing left to experience. Rich people problems.

7. Family Feud
dBow Wow says he doesn’t “f*ck” with his father and sisters because they were paid to air out the family’s dirty laundry. He also doesn’t know why he hasn’t been able to see his grandmother in a decade. The only person he communicates with from his father’s side is his aunt.

8. Chris Brown
He says that he and Chris Brown don’t have a problem or any issues. He just feels that they grew apart through the years. He says when Chris was going through the Rihanna drama he flew out to D.C. to support him in the courthouse. He also says it’s false that his peoples were the ones that robbed Chris Brown.

9. Frontin’
When he put up that pic of himself standing next to a private jet fronting like it was his ride, he says he did that simply because he liked the picture. He didn’t mean to act like he was flying on that jet. Yeah aiiiight! At least it led to Mona Scott calling him to start The Bow Wow Challenge show.

10. T.I.
Weighing in on the “Who started trap music” in Atlanta, Bow Wow feels that Tip was the originator. But Bow Wow could also be bias being that T.I. was ghostwriting for him when Bow was 14-years-old and learning how to write for himself at the same time.
