Season 7’s second episode of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta picks up right where last weeks left off. Jasmine stops by Rasheeda’s store Pressed looking for her baby father’s wife but instead is greeted by Rasheeda’s mom Shirleen and stepdaughter.
Jasmine seems to be the only one trying to be the adult in this messy situation and wants to talk about her son meeting the rest of his siblings. Instead, she is greeted with some serious shade from Shirleen and Kirk’s daughter and let her know they are not feeling Jasmine. Neither was Love & Hip Hop Twitter apparently.

Estelita is still hurt from being “ambushed” by Stevie J and Erica Mena in the studio last week. Who does she turn to so she can vent? Stevie’s ex Mimi of course. She spills all of the tea about the encounter and her current situation with Stevie. She even admits “sitting on” Stevie’s beefcake we already knew that even though she vehemently denied that happened. She claims she only lied about it because it was none of Erica’s business and she wasn’t feeling how Stevie just willingly shared that information.
Estelita broke down her troubled past and what she had to go through to make it and Mimi just soaked it all in knowing she’s heard this story before. She immediately pointed out that she knew Estelita was Stevie’s type hell we all did. Twitter spotted this jig a long time ago and let Estelita have it.

We miss Joseline even more, I hope Mona has some big surprise for us later on in the season cause Estelita is not cutting it.

Momma Shirleen tells her daughter about the unexpected visit from Kirk’s newest baby mama. Rasheeda is not feeling how Jasmine just rolled up in her shop and revealed the DNA results to her family taking the moment away from her. Rasheeda has no intentions to talk to Jasmine (for now) and feels that it’s Kirk’s job to address the situation. On the bright side, she understands that Jasmine’s son is innocent in this situation and is willing to concede in letting him meet his siblings. She shares that sentiment with Kirk and they decide to hold a “Frost” family meeting. We learned two things from this meeting:
- Their daughter has the energy Rasheeda needs to have towards Kirk.
- Kirk has mad kids damn.
- Kirk has also been doing Rasheeda dirty since the dawn of time.
Twitter is sort of on Rasheeda’s side but they wished she would just kick Kirk to the side and be more like her daughter when it comes to confronting her no good husband.

Since Jasmine is more of a major player this season we get to meet even more of her family specifically her Momma and Grandmother. They both look great by the way but that’s not the point here.
Jasmine breaks down the situation to them both explaining what she hopes to salvage out of this messy situation with Kirk and Rasheeda. She also reveals that Kirk isn’t really making any attempt to be in his son’s life. Why she would expect him to do the right thing at this point is beyond us. Jasmine’s mom and grandmother were of course on her side and doesn’t understand why Rasheeda is mad at her when they feel Kirk took advantage of her. LHHATL Twitter was not here for the nonsense and had some pretty interesting takes on the discussion.

Erica Mena’s introduction to the world of Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta got off to a bit of a rocky start. People are still trying to warm up to sassy Puerto Rican in the A but it’s really not working at the moment.

Make no mistake she is still spicy as ever and she is bringing that same energy from her previous stints and even took a shot at her ex Bow Wow.
That was a good one, we can’t front on that. Well anyway, Mena made it perfectly clear she is back on the market and the real reason why she is there is for the even spicier Tommie. At a very well-orchestrated party welcoming Mene to Atlanta at her request had Melissa invite Tommie to the party. Mena wasted no time and shot her shot quicker than Steph Curry when he sees an ounce of daylight. We know that both and Tommie and Erica both dabbled with both sexes but Tommie made it perfectly clear that she is only here for men (for now). Mena came on so strong in fact that Tommie high-tailed it out of the club. Someone scared Tommie? That is pretty surprising. Twitter was happy Tommie dodged that Mena bullet and wasn’t really feeling Mena’s game at all.

The two eventually link up again and agree to be just friends and keep it strictly on the music tip. Yeah, we shall see about that.

Sierra has a new glow to her, she’s dumped Shooter and has found love in a “friend” Bk Brasco from Brooklyn. It was a meeting of the ratchets at her shop.
Herself, Karlie Redd, viral sensation Tokyo Vanity was in there gushing about the new men in their life. Karlie Redd who has a new man every season is now messing with Sean Garrett. We all know she will end up back with Joc more than likely. The friendly pow-wow gets spicy quickly when one of Sierra’s employees reveals her husband was shot one of her customer’s club and has a 2-year-old son she didn’t know about. Sierra is shocked and livid at the revelation, Twitter just wants her to get better employees.
