Although jail is no laughing matter, with all of the celebrities getting in legal trouble (in some cases repeatedly) you have to wonder what their mug shots looked like. Hip-Hop Wired decided to take a look at some of the craziest celebrity mug shots from the clink. Some of the looks may surprise you, but no one is off limits.

Deion Sanders:
After the NFL star was arrested in 1996 for fighting two men after they heckled him after a game, he seemed to be more than happy that “justice” was served.

Katt Williams:
When the comedian was arrested in 2009 for breaking and entering, Williams vehemently denied stealing anything. Based on his mug shot he was more than confident that the police would see things his way.

Wiz Khalifa:
Although Wiz recently spoke about spending more than $10,000 a month on weed, it was that same habit that landed him behind bars. It is me or does he hair look like a bunch of spiders having a meeting?

Kat Stacks:
Although not a full fledged celebrity, when Kat Stacks was arrested for immigration issues photos of her mug shot hit the web and let’s just say uhh….eww.

James Brown:
After going down in Soul history as the godfather, James Brown found himself singing a new tune after being arrested in 2004 and charged with domestic violence after allegedly pushing his wife, Tommie Rea Brown, to the floor during an argument at their home. The end result was the late great Brown looking like a black “joker”.

D’Angelo:
Once known as the epitome of sexiness, D’Angelo shocked fans after he was arrested in 2005 for drug possession and DUI, the once chiseled super star looked a lot less like a model and more like the creepy guy at the bar you wish would go away.

Natina Reed:
When the mug shout of this 1/3 member of the R&B group Blaque surfaced, it had fans speculating every possible arrest scenario from prostitution to drug addiction. Although she looks a terrible different, Reed was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, for having an open intoxicant in public. Is it me or does she look like the new “Shug Avery”?

Michael Jackson:
When the legendary pop singer was booked on his 3^rd alleged charge of child molestation, people couldn’t help but noticed that Jackson looked a little crazy. Am I the only one who thought that this was Joan Rivers?

Trick Daddy:
Trick may love the kids, but after his 2007 arrest for allegedly starting a fight and refusing to leave a strip club, it was evident he did not love the police. Although the case eventually ended up being dismissed, judging by the photo-Trick lost.

DMX:
After being arrested in Arizona for numerous occasions, DMX really shocked fans when the mug shot from this 2008 arrest surfaced. After turning himself in to satisfy 3 warrants, fans were wondering if X was disappointed about being arrested-again, or whether we was gone off of that oo-wee; either way it was not a good look.
