Celebrities are known for keeping their game face but what happens when the pressures of Hollywood get to be too much?
Some have left passionate voice mails begging for forgiveness, while others have been taped shedding tears over performances, pranks and positive achievements.
Check out ten celebs crying it out below.
The Game
In a 2009 interview, The Game showed his softer side when he broke down talking about the killing of Sean Bell, the unarmed Black man killed by police the day before his wedding.
The Compton rapper says he was struggling to find other rappers to team up with him for a tribute song to the fallen, a charge he says “just isn’t fair.”
I think we humbly agree with that sentiment Jayceon, it’s not fair…
Maino
Maino, known for his strength and penchant for slapping those who get out of line (Young Berg, MTV host Jenks) was caught breaking down onstage during a performance of his hit “All The Above.”
Word spread that the rapper was distraught over a friend who’d been shot by police.
Keep your head up Maino!
Young Buck
50 Cent put his former cohort all the way on blast when he released a voicemail Young Buck left on his phone begging for forgiveness.
In between the tears, Buck even added in the infamous line, “Sometimes a n*gga just get confused….”

Kanye
Shortly after the passing of his mother Donda West, Kanye broke down during a performance. The rapper was performing his track “Hey Mama” when he had to take a moment to gather himself.
Completely understandable…
Trina
When cellphone pictures of Trina were “mysteriously leaked” before her album release date fans not only got to see the Diamond Princess in the buff, they say these pictures of her in tears.
Why she saved these pictures on her cellphone remains a mystery…
Terrell Owens
Terrell Owens turned on the waterworks in 2008 when trying to defend his teammate Tony Romo.
When press placed the blame on the quarterback for a team loss, Owens teared up and said,
“It’s really unfair. That’s my teammate. That’s my quarterback. You guys do that, it’s not fair. We lost as a team. We lost as a team, man.”
These unflattering pictures and video of ½ of the T.Ocho show are still circulating on the net today.
Chris Brown
Chris Brown staged his comeback to the world of music after giving a heartfelt tribute to Michael Jackson.
The “Run It” star was reportedly overwhelmed by the moment and broke down during Michael’s “Man In The Mirror.”
Many cried foul however and called it a publicity stunt particularly after Lloyd let it slip that he “told him to cry.”
Halle Berry
Halle Berry’s Oscar acceptance speech was no doubt memorable since it marked the first time an African American woman won “Best Actress.”
A tearful Berry took the stage and paid homage to other Black actresses including Dorothy Dandridge and Lena Horne.
Justin Timberlake
When Justin Timberlake was on an episode of Punk’d Ashton Kutcher brought him to tears.
The prankster convinced J.T. that the IRS was confiscating his property but things got too much for Justin when they made mention of taking his dog.
The end result? One of the best Punks’ of all time.
Frankie
Keyshia Cole’s mother Frankie gave a heartfelt plea to her daughter on the red carpet for the 2009 BET Hip-Hop awards.
The reality star who’s been added to the cast of “Celebrity Rehab” looked straight into a camera and told Cole exactly how she really felt in between tears.
