1. Hoe Phasin’
Issa has three categories for the “hoe phase.” 1. The ones who give it up to potential hubby material men. 2. The ones who just want to get their numbers up and “f*ck all I can.” 3. Then those who double-dutch in hoery and jump out after they get their fix.

2. Hoe Phasin’ 2
Issa feels the best time to go through the “hoe phase” is when you’re in your early 20’s and college days.

3. Your Cheating Heart
She admits that she’s had relationship transgressions in her past and to her “cheat or be cheated on” was her defense mechanism from catching feelings for dudes. So cold.

4. Social Media Slander
After that episode when she woke up to find social media going in on her. Even people who didn’t watch the show got at her. These people need to calm the hell down, man.

5. Emmy Snub
Being shut out of The Emmys put the battery in her back to come harder in season 2 of Insecure. We’ll be rooting for her.

6. Whiteish
She used to go to a predominantly white school and once her mother saw that it was rubbing off on her a bit too much she took her out and put her in a Black and Latino high school on the boarder of Watts and Compton.
