A few years after raising $4.7 million dollars for Parkinson’s Research by auctioning off 1500 pairs the NIKE MAGs a.k.a. The Back To The Future sneakers a.k.a. every sneakerhead’s wet dream, Nike is once again hitting the auction block to raise money for the SagerStrong Foundation.
In conjunction with TNT/Bleacher Report, Auction Cause, and the SagerStrong Foundation, NIKEiD created a colorful Craig Sager inspired bespoke Air Force 1s which are set to go on the auction block beginning at 7pm on October 25.
For those who don’t know, Craig Sager is an NBA telecast legend who through the years not only entertained viewers, but also stunted hard with his loud yet debonair fashion sense. Earlier this year Sager stunned the sports world after revealing that doctors had only given him months to live due to his two-year battle with leukemia.
Since his announcement players and fans have praised the telecast legend and expressed their love for his being.
