1.Tour Bus Arrest

When asked about the infamous arrest when an AK-47 was found on his tour bus Jeezy said he was furious as it was the last day of the tour and everything up to that point went perfect. The gentleman who owned the weapon happened to be shot the night prior and was in the hospital. Ironically the cops searched the bus and found the AK. #Coincidence

2. Lock Up

Jeezy was offered the opportunity to bail himself out but his associates would have to stay. So he did the honorable thing and stayed in jail until his entire party was able to be set free. During that time Jeezy was in general population with the other inmates.

3. Bargaining Chips

The cops kept all the jewelry, cash, clothing and other property Jeezy had on his person the night of the arrest. After it was known that Jeezy did nothing wrong, the cops allegedly tried to bribe him. They asked that he not speak on what actually happened in order for him to get his stuff back. Obviously he said no.

4. The Snowman Piece

In that failed negotiation deal with the cops he never got his stuff. Included in that was his signature Snowman diamond piece. He did not have insurance either.

5. Lighter & Smarter

The tour bus arrest forced Jeezy to move differently. As he put it he is moving “lighter and smarter”.

6. Presidential Dinner

Jeezy was originally invited to the Presidential Dinner. He was overjoyed at the opportunity. He went and purchased a pricy Tom Ford suit. Jizzle was on line with Kevin Liles and Trey Songz. Both were let in front of him. When it was his turn the security informed him that he was not cleared for entry. Jeezy was so upset he contemplated creating a Barack Obama diss song on the flight home. Thankfully cooler heads prevailed.

7. Barack Shout Out

Jeezy held that grudge against Obama until he heard the POTUS gave him a direct shout out. It was then he felt appreciated for all his efforts to get Barack elected.

8. Family Ties

Jeezy mentioned that he supports a lot of people including his family. It got to the point where was over extending himself. He had paid for his sister’s wedding and she got divorced shortly after which the Snowman paid for as well. She then met a new gentleman and asked Jeezy to pay for that wedding as well. He in turn explained to her that he didn’t really know the guy and she should figure it all out. Little sis was unhappy and Jeezy flipped out. Her son happened to be in the vicinity and caught wind of the disagreement. This was a big learning for Jeezy as he learned he always an example for those that come after him.

9. Can’t Tell Me Nothing

As most people know DJ Toomp originally gave Jeezy the “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” instrumental. At the time he did not recognize the power of his signature adlibs. Kanye West ended up taking the song and made it into the classic that it is now. One time he saw Kanye perform that song in front of 80,000 people; it was then he knew he missed out on one of the biggest songs of his career.

10. Pastor

Ironically the nickname Pastor Young was originated by Charlamagne Tha God. Jeezy gave props where props are due and said Charlamagne started the trend which caught like wildfire.
