Beyoncé’s momma, Tina Knowles Lawson, is slaying on the cover of EBONY magazine’s July 2015 issue. Also worth noting, Kierna Mayo has been named the magazine’s Editor In Chief.
Mayo gets promoted from her previous position as Editorial Director, which she has held since 2011, reports Mediabistro. Prior to EBONY, Mayo held editorial stints at numerous magazines, including the early days of The Source and XXL, and she was the founder of the late but renowned Honey magazine.
