Hi, Haters… I’m Back Off Hiatus
The self-proclaimed Pretty Mothrf*cker has matured since releasing his last album, and soon after, falling off the map. He spent his hiatus getting in tune with himself, honing his production skills, and working on his acting.
The Press
Jay Z once said, “The same sword they knight you, they gonna goodnight you with.” Rocky believes that to be true in regards to fickle media, so don’t expect him to speak with many outlets.
It’s In My Jeans
Rocky has a collaborative collection in the works with an unnamed iconic denim brand. From the sounds of it, there will be clothing for both men and women.
There’s Levels
Speaking of women, Rocky reiterated Jay Z’s sentiments on The Blueprint II by explaining the difference between “b*tches” and “sisters.”
Iggy
Rocky spoke on his former lady-friend Iggy Azalea about her “most hated” status in the rap game. He said criticism comes with the territory.
Death Before Dishonor
The A$AP Mob rapper considers himself an artist, though he understands that people deem him a “rapper.” He, however, thinks the tag no longer has an honorable meaning.
Psychedelics
Promethazine is the drug that usually comes to mind when mentioning Rocky and the entire A$AP Mob (much to their detriment, at times). Without specifying which kinds, the rapper says he preferred psychedelic drugs while creating his latest body of work.
Thoughtful
The Complex piece quotes numerous lines from Rocky’s project. From the sounds of it, the LP will be the rapper’s most thoughtful yet.
No Loved Lost
Rocky doesn’t particularly care for the singles on his debut, Long.Live.A$AP.
WebCam
Complex‘s Joe La Puma noticed a webcam installed in Rocky’s bedroom just before hearing A.L.L.A. Apparently, the rap star doesn’t fear any footage leaking, because the co-star was famous, too.
