10. Snoop Dogg ft. Charlie Wilson – “Peaches N Cream”
Producer: Pharrell Williams
The sounds of old school grooves get a new school treatment in this collab.
9. BADBADNOTGOOD ft. Wara From The NBHD – “Kaleidoscope”

This song is technically a remix of a remix, but those layers banded together one of the best assortments of newcomers you’ll see on wax.

Producer: FKi

Mysterious newcomer Post Malone debuts his second heater in recent weeks. Keep an eye on this fella.
7. Bad Lucc ft. Problem & Jay Rock – “Get Em”
Producer: Macado
Bad Lucc is on a hot streak that rivals any MC on the come up. Hear proof above.
6. Big K.R.I.T. – “B4SXSX”
Producer: N/A
K.R.I.T. spit some heat on this promo track. So much so that we didn’t mind being pitched.
5. Tunji Ige ft. Wara From The NBHD & GrandeMarshall – “Moving”
Producer: Tunji Ige & Ben Pramuk
The next generation of rap is in good hands if this is any indication of where newcomers can take it.
4. Freddie Gibbs – “Pronto”
Producer: Mikhail & Pops
Don’t sleep on Gangsta Gibbs’ newly released Pronto EP.
3. Big K.R.I.T. – “4eva (Chapter One)”
Producer: Big K.R.I.T./R. Kelly
Krizzle delivered a few freebie cuts this week, but this one trumps all.
2. Kendrick Lamar – “King Kunta”
Producer: N/A
“King Kunta” was easily the most anticipated track on K. Dot’s sophomore album, To Pimp A Butterfly. Granted, it will sound better in the context of the LP, but it definitely has funk-era vibe.
1. Oddisee – “That’s Love”
Producer: Oddisee
Not only does this record sound unapologetically Black, it’s also a stone cold groove.
