Cedric The Entertainer and Niecy Nash have never been known to bite their tongues during interviews. This made for a very interesting appearance during their most recent visit to The Breakfast Club.

With a success of their sitcom The Soul Man, Cedric and Niecy have grown to be one of Hollywood’s most beloved television couples.

But outside of their respective roles are two unique personalities that can’t be missed in a room. DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne Tha God got the two actors to talk about marriage, their chemistry, Katt Williams and more.

So we present the top 10 things we learned from The Breakfast Club Cedric The Entertainer & Niecy Nash interview.

Thoughts on Sherri Shephard possibly keying Katt Williams’ car? Sound off below.

1. Reverend Business

Cedric does not feel in a ways about playing a reverend on television. While his comedy does include some profanity he does try his best to play the role with some integrity.

2. Playing The Game

Both agreed that there is some validity to Monique’s recent accusations of the behind the scenes politics in Hollywood.

3. Barbershop 3

Cedric also confirmed that a Barbershop 3 movie is indeed in the works.

4. Gay Roles

While Niecy has played a lesbian previously, Cedric is not interested in playing a homosexual man.

5. Katt

Niecy confirmed that Katt Williams did stand up Sherri Sheppard on a date and the two friends were on route to key his car before cooler heads prevailed.

6. Coupled Up?

Even though their chemistry is very tight, they do not have any romantic relationship brewing.

7. Steve Harvey

Cedric is still very good friends with Steve Harvey.

8. Top 5

Cedric based his character in Top 5 on some janky promoters he has dealt with in the past.

9. MLK

Jesse Jackson called Cedric at his home to discuss his joke about Martin Luther King being called a hoe in Barbershop. While he still stands for freedom of speech, the King Of Comedy understood where the reverend was talking about concerning outside countries having a negative view on the late civil rights leader.

10. Husband

Niecy’s husband does pop up on set from time to time. He’s not the jealous type but does keep an eye on her obvious on stage chemistry with Ced.
