While it’s been clearly evidenced that average citizens may have to answer to the things they spew onto social media, rappers aren’t exempt from being held into question for some of the things they do or say on wax.
Take the red-hot Young Thug for example. He’s caught plenty of criticism for saying the craziest things and has even had street gangs come at his head for flashing signs.

But it’s gotten much deeper in Hip-Hop’s history. Take a look at some of these rap lyrics that led to confrontations. Like Tip Harris once said, “Watch what you say to me…”

That wasn’t Q-Tip trying to be cool in a ski mask in the “Hot Sex” video from the Boomerang soundtrack. Wreckx-N-Effect did a zoom-a-zoom-zoom-zoom and a poom-poom to his face after taking offense to the lyric.

Following the record, Jeezy’s people ran up on Radric on May 19, 2005 who in turn, defended himself by killing CTE rapper Pookie Loc. The feud has never resolved.
