Mina Gerges, a 20-year-old college student from Canada, has become Insta-famous thanks to his recreational hobby of recreating photo shoots from the likes of Beyoncé, Rihanna and Kim Kardashian onto his social media accounts.

“I make everything myself,” he said, describing a process that takes about two hours for each photo. “I purchase curtains and hold them with pins, and everything else I put on them I stick with glue.”
Mina said he’s aiming for people to see overexposed celebrities in a new light, highlighting the photoshop extremes of some celeb pictures which Mina says promote an unrealistic body image.
As fate would have it, Instagram snatched down Gerges’ account at the height of his conquest to break the Internet but we’ve recovered several of his big time parodies that you can see in the slideshow below.
