Although nothing is ever set in stone in the music industry, Jeezy seems to be pretty confident in the September 2 release date for his new album.
Said new album, Seen It All: The Autobiography, happens to be Jeezy’s fifth studio effort and is already being fueled with a healthy heaping of controversial topics.
For starters, the album’s artwork gives birth that the Snowman and all rappers of his financial status are puppets for the Illuminati. A record slated to appear on the LP also outlined a serious conflict of interest between Jeezy’s position as the Senior VP of A&R at Atlantic Records and his only major label hub of Def Jam.
And then there’s the good and bad relationships Jeezy holds amongst his peers. As he geared up for his co-headlining duties on the Under the Influence of Music Tour, Jeezy check in with Mina SayWhay at Philly’s Power 99 to get offer up his point of view, ghetto or not.
Take a look at the top seven bits of info we uncovered from the interview. It’s pretty telling.

Song Cry
“Seen it All,” the umpteenth collabo between Jay Z and Jizzle reportedly made the Roc Nation boss sniffle and snot when he recorded his verse. While Jeezy does maintain that Jay admitted that he got a bit emotional, there wasn’t exactly a sob story either.

Illuminati Or Nah?
Jeezy didn’t wait to dispel rumors that he was tinkering in black magic just to sell a few records. “Do not get art and creativity confused with ignorance,” he comically stated. “I am a hard-working, God-fearing man; I have no idea what an Illuminati is…and really don’t give a damn.”

Me OK
On the upcoming album’s lead off single, Jeezy had some pretty direct instructions for his longtime label Def Jam. And even though all the riffs seem to have been ironed out, there was no damage control conducted. “I’m not about to bite my tongue because Def Jam in the building. Jeezy’s in the building,” he quipped.

Independently Signed
YG’s monster 2014 has blossomed underneath the CTE umbrella but Jeezy isn’t taking all the credit. “YG–he’s a good kid. He don’t mind spending his own money,” Jeezy admits. “A lot of cats you sign and want you do everything for them!”

With the exception of the newly acquired Common, Jeezy is adamant that he worked with every Def Jam artist whose ever walked through those storied hallways. Off the top of our heads, we’re not disagreeing with him.
Mutual Friends
The two “Seen it All” track stars share a degree of separation from Emory Jones, the man who famously was dropped a kite by Jay Z during his 10-year bid. Something, that Jeezy was unaware of until he heard the Jay’s verse on the aforementioned record.

Black Snow
Jeezy insists that Seen It All: The Autobiography will be a dark album with a distinct mystique. Truth be told, none of Jizzle’s albums are a jovial affair so we kind of know what to expect going in.
