Despite Justin Bieber’s latest racist video, a number of (Black) celebs have gone to bat for the Pop singer, defending his usage of the N-word for one reason or another.
Now added to the growing list of celebs who have copped pleas for The Beebz and his N-word vomit is Mack Maine and all of YMCMB (including Lil Wayne and Birdman).
“[Justin Bieber] legitimately adopted the culture of the hip hop, African American culture,”
said Mack Maine to TMZ. “I remember telling a white man, Chinese man, Black man joke as a kid that was terrible and I told it to my friends because I thought they’d think it was funny.”
Prior the newly published clip of Bieber singing about “one less lonely n**ger” and joining the KKK, a slew of celebs defended the singer and his initial racist recording. Folks like Floyd Mayweather and Whoopi Goldberg went for bat for the mainstream sensation, forgiving him for repeatedly saying “n**ger” in a piss poor joke amongst friends (he did apologize, right?)
We got wind of who else came to his rescue. Check out 11 celebs who justified Bieber using the controversial racist term. Let us know who surprised you the most in the comments, and if, indeed, he should get a pass.

Floyd Mayweather
According to TMZ: “Justin has been nothing but kind to me, my daughters and sons over the years,” said Mayweather. “We all make mistakes when we are young, it’s part of growing up […] I am proud of what he’s doing as a 20 year old musician and business man. #TMT”
Soulja Boy
Soulja tells TMZ he doesn’t feel Bieber should be held accountable for something he said when he was 15. Soulja says Justin is still his boy and people should not think Justin is racist, because he isn’t.
Whoopi Goldberg
“N***** doesn’t mean anything in Canada,” Whoopi explained on Twitter. “Black Canadians and Black Americans are two separate groups of people.”
Usher
It’s reported that Usher knew about these videos a long time ago. When asked for his opinion, the crooner opted not to say anything, which speaks volumes considering Usher was the man who helped mold the 20-year-old singer into the star he is today.
Will Smith
TMZ reports Will Smith was also aware of these videos, but never said anything.
Lil Za
On June 4, Bieber’s BFF posted on Instagram “This guy right here changed my life and others in many ways . A true brother and friend, you’re appreciated and loved by all of us and millions of fans ♛ | to bad I can’t be with you to turn up with you and pops for his birthday. nxt time ! See you soon luv you bro!”
Charlamagne Tha God
To his defense, Charlamagne gave Justin Bieber the green light to use the N-word circa 2011. He told the Pop sensation he can use it when rapping Tupac lyrics. He’s had a change of heart since, saying he believes that no one should be using the racist term anymore.
Lil Wayne/YMCMB
Both Lil Wayne and Birdman have stated to TMZ they want to continue to make hits with Justin Bieber.
Mack Maine
“[Justin Bieber] legitimately adopted the culture of the hip hop, African American culture.”
Kenny Hamilton
Via TMZ, Hamilton had this to say: “We all make jokes about people’s size, look, or race. That doesn’t mean it’s right but comedians make millions of dollars profiting off these jokes […] If someone is racist or prejudice you would know from a persons actions. Not because of a joke a 15 year old says. Yes he said some bad jokes and I know if he could he would take back what was said.
Mike Tyson
Via his Twitter account: “I agree with you @whoopigoldberg. We all make mistakes and I believe @justinbieber is learning.”
