Gangsta rapper Freddie Gibbs doesn’t hold any punches back when it comes to his music and views on the world. This made for a really interesting interview when he recently stopped by to see The Breakfast Club.

Lately Gibbs has been on a high artistically. His Cocaine Piñata album, with beatsmith Madlib, is being touted as one the best releases of 2014. During a stop from the Tech N9ne tour he visited the world’s most dangerous morning show.

In the almost fifteen minute interview, Angela Yee, DJ Envy and Charlamagne Tha God get much needed updates from Gibbs regarding Jeezy, YG, Rick Ross, Donald Sterling and more.

Jeezy

Even though he no longer holds ill will towards Jeezy, Gibbs maintains his diss record was very much needed after the poor treatment he received when he was signed to CTE.

Gibbs was happy to hear that Jeezy and Ross squashed their beef.

Tech N9ne

Freddie admits to learning so much from Tech N9ne during this current Independent Grind Tour. This includes how Tech flips his show merchandise which he expects to make over one million dollars in profit.

YG

Even though he doesn’t get along with Jeezy, he recently bumped into YG and there are no problems between the two.

The Donald

When asked about Donald Sterling, Gibbs was surprised more of the owners did not make a statement about racist audio captured by V. Stiviano.

Clipper Darrell

We also learned that longtime Los Angeles Clippers super fan Clipper Darrell was no longer allowed to be the unofficial mascot of the team as per orders from Donald Sterling.
