The fifth episode of the latest season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta revealed just how struggle-filled everyone on this show’s life really is. Seriously, these cast members clearly wake up every morning with overt ratchetness and insane f-ckery on their agenda.
For example, K. Michelle admitted to basically “putting roots” on dudes. With an out of order “wahoo,” that clearly ain’t working out for her. There was a scene were Kirk and Beninzo were seeing playing basketball. No shots, but what is your life about if you are discussing your marriage on reality television with Zinio Grigio?
We also got some attempted fisticuffs between Karlie “Struggle Rapping” Redd and Joseline “The Puerto Rican Princess” Hernandez. Thankfully, the latter came through with a gang of one liners (“I don’t talk to the help.”) to keep us laughing all night. Check out The Princess Diaries: Top 15 Joseline Hernandez Quotes…So Far, too.
About the only positive of the episode was Mimi’s new boyfriend Nikko. However, as K. Michelle will surely point out in coming shows that homeboy may go both ways. Allegedly, of course. Take a look at 12 Things We Learned From Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’s fifth and latest episode in the gallery.

The Jingling Baby
Somehow Stevie J and Shay-Mac having a discussion about her career turned to her demonstrating how real her ample booty cheeks are. This scene was worth the creep life looks on Steebie’s face alone.
Desert Thirsty
Shay-Mac, who magically got braces overnight, was hella pressed to meet the Puerto Rican Princess. It did not go over too well. Have a drink from the bar next time, ma.
Bath Salts
K. Michelle of the out of order hot pocket says she puts salt around her bad as a means to keep her man. The look on Ariane’s face pretty sums up everyone’s thoughts.
Contract Negotiations
Apparently, Joseline signed a deal with a “major international label” so her and Steebie were celebrating in a hotel. Two things; Joseline wears FULL make up when she is in a robe and this label was not named. More people?
I Love-Fiz-Nye-Yee Yoo
Erica Dixon is on to Lil Scrappy’s struggle excuses. However, he doesn’t realize he’s been made. And we just learned, he’s addicted to weed and going to rehab. smh.
7 Year Itch
What did we get out of Traci and Drew’s latest who gives a flying f-ck conversation? They broke up seven years ago. SEVEN. And you still crying for this nikka? Come on now.
Captain Kirk
Kirk’s older brother had a heart transplant. Also, he is a grandfather. And he is having issues with Rasheeda. No wonder son always has that look on his face. Sheesh.
Beef Don’t Come With A Radio Edit
Kirk’s aforementioned dilemmas mean he needs coin. So he thinks his wife recording a diss track with Karlie Redd is a money maker. Nah, bruh. Rasheeda knows better.
Seeing Redd
Karlie Redd is hella messy. She has an agenda, but really, we kinda wanted to see the Puerto Rican Princess and the struggle rapper actually scrap.
21 Questions
Mimi’s new man-friend Nikko visited her and her girls in the club, and was promptly compared to Stevie J in his face by her girlfriends. Who the f-ck does that?! Run homie, run.
Please Baby, Please
Rasheeda is pregnant. No slander here. Congratulations!
Duck Down
Benzino confronts Karlie Redd about the “he said she said” about whether or not he crushed Joseline Hernandez, and eventually has headphones thrown at him. That didn’t go so well. Who do you believe?
