YG saved the best for last when he put the track “Police Get Away With Murder” at the end of his latest album Still Brazy.
YG’s sophomore album ended on a very political tone as the last three songs, “F*ck Donald Trump,” “Blacks & Browns” and “Police Get Away With Murder” rounded out the effort.
The final track was inspired by the trend of police officers killing people in cold blood and never getting prosecuted or jailed for it. We’re hoping that the song doesn’t predict the outcome for the officers responsible for killing Atlon Sterling and Philando Castile.
YG sat down with Rolling Stone recently to explain the making of two of those tracks and what he hopes to see happen after people finish listening.
If you’ve never heard the song, check it out after the jump.
