8 More Things We Learned About Kevin Hart On The Breakfast Club

Thanks to a non-stop grind, relentless comedic attitude, and feature movies releasing every few months for the past few years, Kevin Hart has become arguably the biggest comedian in Hollywood right now (Amy Schumer holds this title in White folks opinion).

With his latest movie Ride Along 2 dropping tomorrow the pint sized superstar stopped by The Breakfast Club and chopped it up with Envy, Charlamagne, and Angela Yee about his ties to Nike, how his fathers drug abuse influenced his choices, and more.

1. Nike
Unbeknownst to the average fan, Kevin Hart is a Nike athlete…sort of. He is exclusively signed to Nike and will have his own signature training sneakers releasing later this year. Unfortunately Kanye didn’t know this before releasing “Facts.”

2. He Won’t Change
Kevin is comfortable just the way he is. He’ll quickly pass on any movie role that would require him to lose or gain weight.

3. Social Media
The soon to be married (again) man credits the social media culture and his suspicion of peoples intentions with a phone in hand with him keeping his relationship with his fiancee on the up and up.

4. Dull Edged
While Kevin Hart admits to having partaken in some smoke and enjoying a few drinks, he keeps it as straight edged as he can partly because of the damage he’s seen substance abuse wrecked on his father.

5. Uncle Steve

Because of his close relationship with Steve Harvey he refers to him as Unc(le). He also confirmed the rumor that Steve Harvey owns a piece of the Miss Universe Pageant which explains why they’d welcome him back after the fiasco he caused.

6. Drake
While celebrities tend to shout each other out or playfully rib one another publicly, Kev and Drake tend to privately roast each other through texts and emails. We can only imagine how those play out.

7. Change Clothes
Fabolous once refused to hangout with Hart because of a pair of sweatpants he was wearing while down in Miami. Kev promptly changed into something more suitable for the young OG.

8. Scared Straight
After receiving his first and only DUI in 2013, Kevin refuses to get behind the wheel if he’s had a few drinks. Smart man.
