By now you’re probably aware of the fade Matt Barnes tried in earnest to deliver a fade to Derek Fisher because he had the audacity to holla at his estranged wife. Today (Nov. 9), Matt Barnes basically accused his former teammate and friend of being a snitch.
Let’s first put out there that all types of bro codes were violated when Fisher began seeing Gloria Govan, being that he was friends with Barnes and the two have yet to have their divorce finalized. Was a proper fade? That’s debatable due to the circumstances (kids being in the home, Barnes potentially being a loose cannon, etc.).
Nevertheless, Barnes and Fisher have kept mostly quiet about the fight, until today. Barnes held nothing back when speaking to the Los Angeles Times’  Ben Bolch about the reactions to the incident.
“We’re 2 grown men who should have handled 2 grown men’s business, but he wanted to run and tell the cops & NBA,” tweeted Bosc, quoting Barnes.
