Whether they earned their wealth lawfully or by illicit business practices, the masses still rightfully raise an eyebrow to any evangelist that lives high on the hog.
But the irony is that these affluent religious figures feel that there is nothing wrong with their lavish lifestyle of mansions, luxury automobiles and even sometimes private planes.

Bishop Eddie Long
Aside from allegations of sexual abuse, Bishop Eddie Long has also been alleged to involve his congregation into a ponzi scheme.
In 2013 former parishioners filed a suit stating the Bishop encouraged them to invest their hard earned dollars into a company that was in a 3 million dollar deficit.
Pastor Steven Furtick
Pastor Steven Furtick runs the biggest church in North Carolina. It has passed the 10 million dollar mark in monitory donations and is even paid to air on NBC Charlotte. In 2013 the question of transparency came up when Furtick was found out to be building a 1.7 million dollar home.
Joyce Meyer
It is alleged that Joyce Meyer’s ministry has spent millions dollars on multiple houses for Meyer and her children. This includes a 10,000 square foot home with a six car garage and other plush amenities.
Creflo Dollar
Creflo Dollar has long been under the scrutiny of the IRS with a lear jet, an Atlanta mansion and a Rolls Royce all at his disposal. When asked to reveal his financial records he wouldn’t do it unless he was subpoenad.
Benny Hinn
Benny Hinn’s ministry, famously known for its’ healing crusades, allegedly makes over 200 million dollars a year which affords him a private jet and 10 million dollar home. Most recently in 2013 he asked his congregation to help the church get out of debt by donating 2.5 million dollars.
Kenneth Copeland
Time and time again Kenneth Copeland has denied inquiries by the state of Texas to release church financial records. It has been long speculated that the donations front he church help him advance his for profits business interests which include real estate, cattle, aviation and more.
Bishop Randy White
Randy’s Without Walls Ministry brings in millions of dollars a year and many homes throughout the country. This has drawn scrutiny from the IRS on multiple occasions.
