Lil Boosie was released from prison less than 24 hours ago. As if the Internets weren’t already in a frenzy, the Baton Rouge rapper delivered his first batch of new bars for your listening pleasure.
A camera phone was handy as Boosie rode home from Louisiana State Penitentiary. Needless to say that he was ecstatic to be a free man, and the rhymes he spit showed that. “Shackled down from my feet to my hands/ Missing my kids, man a feeling only I can explain/ So many people held they nuts, thought I wouldn’t gon’ come home,” Boosie raps.
Whether the two verses spit were fresh off of the top of the dome is unknown. But prior to entering prison in 2009, Boosie was known to flood the streets with new music. Whether those days are back remains to be seen, but fans can hear him rhyme below and on the following page. Keep scrolling to see his first pic post-prison release.
