Anytime the next relationship still has baggage from the ex-relationship, drama can pop off at any minute. When Ciara accepted Future’s marriage proposal in October, the “Body Party” inherited a few potential stepchildren and their possibly scornful mothers.
Brittni Mealy was the last baby mama on Future’s hitlist and according to Madame Noire, their break-up wasn’t exactly amicable. She recently spoke up about her current stance on the matter as well as hinting that her “I-told-you-so” gun would be locked and loaded should anything happen between the harmonious new couple.
“I know the real ‘him,’ the part she [Ciara] doesn’t know,” Brittni said. “They are just ‘honeymooning’ right now. Everything always seems perfect in the beginning.”
The ex-stripper has carved out her own lane and started a website for women’s boutique. Ciara also recently posted of a flick of them together on her Instagram, declaring the two were on positive terms. At least, for now.
“It wasn’t even planned like that. It just happened. Sometimes it’s the best way for things to happen. We had a good time. I felt like it was genuine. It wasn’t planned and he wasn’t in the room with us when we were taking photos. I’m looking forward,” she said in an interview with EURWeb.
Hip-Hop loves a good drama but if she can stay out of the crosshairs of the law, then everybody wins.
