Action Bronson‘s well documented affinity for fine dining is more than a personal pastime. He had a career in the culinary arts prior to Hip-Hop, and recently had an opportunity to display his skills while manning a food truck at this year’s Bushwick Block Party.
The two-part footage from the event comes courtesy of the good folks at VICE, who were there to witness the Queens-bred lyricist chef up meals for fans turned patrons.
The first video gives viewers a bit of context about how the MC found developed a love for being in the kitchen. “My grandmother was definitely one of my biggest influences. She’d be in the house cooking, cleaning,” said Bronson, who prepared his specialty — a lamb burger.
In the latter portion, Bronsolino interacts with people at his hub on wheel. The recap footage can be seen below and on the following page.
