Alchemist Drops 3-Track EP Ft. Action Bronson, Freddie Gibbs, Domo Genesis, & More [LISTEN]

Alchemist provided the production for Prodigy’s gritty, street testimonial, Albert Einstein, just over a month ago. But yesterday, the west coast producer revealed that he had another 3-track EP in the tuck in collaboration with streetwear brand SSUR.
The untitled project is for fans of raw, uncut Hip-Hop. In other words, don’t expect many (if any) choruses, glossy bridges, or things of the like.
Instead, Alan The Chemist banded together a list of notable wordsmiths —including Action Bronson, Freddie Gibbs, Hodgy Beats, Roc Marciano, Blu, Domo Genesis, and more— to create an assortment of posse cuts.
The beats range from eerily gutter to Sunday afternoon soulful, which gives the EP about as much variation as one can provide in three songs.
