Another week, another episode of immense levels of f-ckery and struggle from the cast of Love & Hip Hop New York. This week’s episode featured a gang of fails, suspect behavior and actions that make no sense to rationale human beings—particularly from Rich Dollaz and Joe Budden. In other words, the usual.

Rashidah Ali, the shoe consultant to the stars, got heavy burn in this episode. She’s the one accused cutting a bouncer name Joseph Wright’s facing during her birthday party at NYC’s Greenhouse back in 2011 (peep the gruesome pic here). She finally addressed the allegations and we found out what happened.

But back to the show, Winter Ramos continued with her book struggle. Lore’l continues to find her way as an artist, with Yandy agreeing to manage her on a trial basis.  Unfortunately for our entertainment value, Mendeecees didn’t put his hands on anyone this episode. But he did admit to smashing another cast member not named Yandy. Don’t trip, the deed was done before he got with his current ride or die chick.

All that said, check out the 10 things we learned from this week’s episode.

Accused of slicing  and NYC bouncer’s during her birthday party a couple of years back, the case was dismissed. Also Mendeecees once smashed. Also, she admitted to taking the money he gave her to secure an apartment to alleviate her “pain and suffering.”

We still think Rashidah is still nothing to play with, though. Anyone who wears hair that bright should be handled gingerly; see what we did there?

Winter Ramos agreed to remove Yandy’s co-sign from the intro to her tell-all book, Game Over. She also had no problem removing the chapter that slanders her sort of friend Lore’l. Anymore edits and her book will be a pamphlet.

Rich Dollaz is still trying to let Erica Mena “off the hook.” It’s not going too well, though.

Yandy Smith also works for Black Enterprise. Who knew?

Erica Mena is still hosting parties, exactly what Rich Dollaz would like her to stop doing. Needless to say, this was a problem for the guy. AND he ain’t get his 2o%.

Tahiry Jose called Joe Budden an “ungrateful sack of sh-t” and made sure to mention how she used to pay for homeboy’s meals. Joe still wants to be able to have a convo with her. Gotta be the booty.

After Joe Budden relayed to Kaylin Garcia, his current girlfriend, that he visited his ex-girlfriend only to be read the riot act, she suggested that the rapper buy Tahiry a gift to make amends. Same face we made, Kaylin.

Lore’l, who is unsigned, rolled up to a meeting with Yandy Smith in a Bentley. There’s a difference between faking it ’til you make it and living an all out farce. We’re going with the latter.

The struggle seen in this man’s face says it all about Rich Dollaz’s plight this episode.

We gotta side with Jen The Pen in her debate with Cons about their kid getting to celebrate Christmas. Umm, shouldn’t have they discussed all this before the lad was born, though?
