Redman drops a new video for a fresh cut called “Lookn’ Fly Too,” featuring his buddies Method Man & R.E.A.D.Y. Roc.

The trio of MCs go about their business in a pool hall, spitting nimble flows over a soulful but upbeat instrumental. “The beats on so I thrown on the headphones/With the mic keep a close eye on the redbone/I beat it up til they throw on the next song, when I die put he’s fly on the headstone,” raps Reggie Noble.

This record will likely land on Redman’s forthcoming new album, Muddy Waters II: Even Muddier. Funk Doctor Spot and Mr. Mef are also expected to be dropping a new collaborative album called Blackout! 3 sometime this year, too.

Ten or so years ago this song would have surely been getting heavy burn on your local radio station. Not nowadays, though. That’s a shame.
