There’s a breakout star on T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle, and no it’s not the adorable but mischievous King Harris, or the chubby-cheeked lovable Major Harris.
It’s Nelly.
We’re not really sure what his role on the show has been, but with episode 11 of season two already in the can, there’s a good chance that he’s either really bored…or looking to get adopted.
The best part about Nelly’s random appearances is that he—like Tip—shows his patriarchal side. He often comes over to help out, give advice, or play-fight with one of the boys in the Harris family.
On last night’s episode the youngsters constructed a make-shift lemonade stand. Out of nowhere, Nelly shows up, surveys the job, and announces that the stand isn’t sturdy enough and will surely crumble. But he’s not just good with carpentry, Nelly has proved his worth in a multitude of situations. From the studio to the stage, to the couch, when you live in the Harris house, expecting Nelly to drop by is a pre-requisite.
Since there’s a strong possibility that his appearances are an audition for his own reality show on VH1, if the network hasn’t gotten behind the idea just yet, here’s proof that Nelly has all the makings of a family-friendly reality star.
