It’s official, the ratchet train that is Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta has pulled out of the station. Once the public was nice and full of Labor Day barbecue and other good eats, VH1 swooped in with dessert, by way of the second edition of their reunion.

Once again, producer Mona Scott-Young steered the ship (or bus, if you’re a Stevie J fan), delving deeper into the personal lives of the season’s love triangle, Scrappy’s interesting relationship with Mama Dee, and more. Although part two of the reunion was far less exciting than the first installment, it still provided for some struggle-worthy moments that we’d like to bring to the public’s attention.

With so much material to choose from—like Shay “Buckeey” Jonhson’s wig choice, or Joseline’s relationship with Stevie being likened to that of a pimp and a hooker, VH1 still managed to give us a good amount of foolery. So, for the last time, until season two, Hip-Hop Wired has compiled a list of the standout sections from an otherwise boring finale.

Feast your eyes on our list, while you accept the reality that you may have to wait several more months to see another episode of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.

8 Best Struggle Lines From The Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta Reunion

Buckeey Watching Scrappy Propose To Erica

How awkward! After Buckeey and her wig made their unceremonious exit from the stage, she went to the back to watch her best friend profess his love for the very woman that he claimed to be done with. Being that she slept with, and may be in love with, Scrappy this moment was drenched in struggle. Poor thing.

Mama Dee Crowning Scrappy The “Prince” Of Her Queendom

This relationship is very much like that of Oedipus and his mom (look it up if you’re not familiar).  Clearly uncomfortable by the Burger King-style crown placed on his dome, Scrappy handled the moment with stride. But it was still strugglicious.

Joseline Thinking That She’s In Control Of Her Life

Depending on who you ask, Stevie J is to Joseline, as an abuser is to their victim— but that’s not really the case. Yes, Stevie  had Joseline looking all types of crazy—literally and figuratively—climaxing his deceit by impregnating her and telling her get an abortion (among other shinning moments); but it’s all good, because Joseline is totally in control. She said so herself:  “If it’s not about my career, if it’s not about my money, ain’t nobody listening to Stevie. He’s a f-cking idiot.”

Oh, word?

Stevie J Not Having A Car

Wait, come again?! Stevie J, as in “Mr. Super Producer” didn’t even have a car? Honestly being immobile yet still managing to have two women fighting over him is a true testament to the power that he has over women with low self-esteem. It also provided us with another small morsel of insight into Stevie’s life of struggle. Now we finally know why he kept talking about driving a bus all season, public transportation was probably how he was getting around.

Mimi Admitting To Being  Jealous Of Joseline’s Success?

Did you miss this one? Well, we caught it. When the topic of using Stevie for his money was brought up, Mimi was none too happy to be grouped in with others hypnotized by her boo’s ends. Of course this isn’t the first time Mimi has gotten up in arms at the mere mention that she may have been with Stevie for financial gain, but this was the saddest.

Where was the struggle you may ask? It happened right after Joseline  accused Mimi of talking down to Stevie. Mimi retorted with this epic cry for help:  “What did he do for me?! He made you a superstar, what did he do for me?!”

Oh, you mad?

Luckily, Mimi caught herself by saying that she was also a “star” but that involuntary struggle moment seeped through her lips so fast she probably didn’t realize it either.
