Young Jeezy stopped by the set of the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon show, along with Ne-Yo, to perform “Leave You Alone” off of TM103. The trapstar took full advantage of his time in New York City, as he also appeared alongside Fabolous for a performance at Webster Hall.
