The word “classic” get tossed around way too freely on when discussing retro sneakers, but the Nike Air Max 95 genuinely is worthy of the billing. That especially goes for the OG Neon colorway, which returns again at the very end of this year.
Technically advanced at the time of its release (Nike Air with different PSI in the front and rear, for example) in 1995, the Grey and Neon Green colorway was eye catching enough for plenty of folks, including non-runners, to plunk down the astonishing 125 beans at the time for a pair. The latest retro drops December 31st, 2012, and the cost of entry this time around is $155. Inflation is a mother.
“Legendary” is proper description for these kicks. Check out some photos of the latest Air Max 95 retro (more OG colorways are also expected) in the gallery. Will you be picking up a pair?
