Iverson – “40Bars”
Allen Iverson was an NBA All-star when he decided he wanted to try his hand at rapping. The result was “40 Bars” a lackluster track where Bubba Chuck used h0m0phobic slurs and said “bish” (see 80% of the rap songs in existence). The backlash from gay rights groups and the NBA forced Iverson to apologize for the song, and ultimately ended his rap career. Not saying that was a bad thing.
