Miami will get you in trouble if you ain’t careful. Last night, New Orleans rapper Juvenile was arrested after allegedly participating in a brawl at Miami club LIV, reports TMZ.
The night was supposed to be a festive occasion since earlier in the evening Juve had reunited with Lil Wayne. It was the first time the former Hot Boys had shared the stage in years. However, according to authorities, in the wee hours of the night, the “Ha” rapper was involved in some sort of altercation that started in the club before ending up on the street in front of the Fontainebleau Hotel where LIV resides.
But around 7AM, cops say Juvenile — who’s listed at 5’11, 150 lbs — was involved in a fight that began inside the nightclub and spilled outside to the front of the hotel.
Security told police the people involved in the fight were “creating a threat to life and property as well as the overall safety of the patrons inside.”
Miami Beach PD responded to the scene and arrested Juve — he was hauled to a nearby station where he was booked. He is still in custody.
Real talk, no good can come from still being in the club at the break of dawn (if that 7am time is accurate). Check out Juvie’s mugshot and photos from the Hot Boys reunion in the gallery.
UPDATE: The Miami Herald reports that Juvenile was arrested around 4 a.m. after cops spotted him heading toward Collins Ave. to get to his car.
