In 2012, it is as simple as 1+1 when it comes to making noise in Hip-Hop. Do you want someone to listen to your song? Put 2 Chainz on it. Pretty easy. The most frequent collaborator since 2007-era Lil Wayne, Tity 2 Necklaces has re-invented himself and turned him into the must feature artist of the moment.
Everyone from Kanye West to Justin Bieber has hollered at at formerly known as Tity Boi for a hot 16, and it’s rare when 2 Chainz says “no” to a collaboration. The “Hair Weave Killer” will shout out a familiar “yeaa…” before he exclaims his namesake to a rousing applause anywhere he goes. Hip-Hop Wired has taken a rather large inventory of 2 Chainz guest appearances and narrowed them down to our very favorite in this week’s Wired 25.
The G.O.O.D music affiliated rapper’s solo debut under Def Jam Records, Based On A T.R.U. Story drops August 14th, 2012. Until then, check out the ’25 Best 2 Chainz Guest Appearances

25. Juicy J. ft. Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz – “Bands A Make Her Dance (Remix)”
“Bands” was already a strip club favorite, but adding Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz on this record made Juicy J’s Mike Will-Produced cut even wobblier…if that is even a word.
24. Gucci Mane ft. 2 Chainz – “Okay With Me”
Some people say that 2 Chainz is everything Gucci Mane was supposed to be. Jail and crazy ice cream tattoos have a funny way of changing things.
23. Meek Mill ft. 2 Chainz – “Straight Like That”
Meek Mill turns it up with Tity Boi on this party starter.
22. Big K.R.I.T. ft. 8 Ball & MJG and 2 Chainz – “Money On The Floor”
Don’t let the conscious raps fool you, Big K.R.I.T. is a silent killer in the strip clubs and this track off of his Live From The Underground album is proof positive.
21. Chris Brown ft. Snoop Dogg & 2 Chainz – “Oh Yeah”
Not exactly sure why Chris Brown left this one off of his new album, Fortune, but this high energy record could fit right in with his album.
20. Rick Ross ft. 2 Chainz and Stalley – “Party Heart”
Rozay’s immaculate mixtape, Rich Forever, was a favorite for not one, but two 2 Chainz records; including this Chuck Inglish-produced jam.
19. Ciara ft. 2 Chainz – “Sweat”
Still doubt the power of 2 Chainz? Ciara needed people to talk about her music and not Amar’e Stoudemire (or whatever it is she’s been doing lately) and bam! The power of the Duffle Bag Boy compels you to listen.
18. Wiz Khalifa ft. 2 Chainz – “It’s Nothin”
Wiz Khalifa and 2 Chainz seemed like a match made in trippy heaven and this record does not disappoint.
17. Freddie Gibbs ft. 2 Chainz – “Neighborhood Hoez”
This happy-go-lucky record about around the way girls gives Gangsta Gibbs and 2 Necklaces one dope collaboration.
16. Justin Bieber ft. Mac Miller, Asher Roth & 2 Chainz – “Boyfriend (Remix)”
15. Red Café ft. Diddy, French Montana & 2 Chainz – “Let It Go (Remix)”
2 Chainz got up with some of New York’s finest, and wouldn’t you know it, he out shined Puff on a remix. Nowthat is a feat, sort of.
14. David Banner ft. Lil Wayne, A$AP Rocky and 2 Chainz – “Yao Ming”
If you haven’t bought Sex, Drugs & Video Games (shame on you first of all) you missed this motley crew of a record including David Banner, Lil Wayne, A$AP Rocky and the hair weave killer.
13. Bangladesh ft. Pusha T, Jadakiss and 2 Chainz – “100”
Bangladesh is the latest producer to step behind the mic, and he snatches up Pusha T, Jadakiss and Tity Boi to make an impact. It looks like it’s working.
12. Verse Simmons ft. Kelly Rowland, Yo Gotti & 2 Chainz – “Boo Thang (Remix)”
Singer/songwriter Verse Simmonds had a smooth record on his hands with “Boo Thing,” but his remix with Yo Gotti, 2 Chainz and Kelly Rowland made it even better.
11. Machine Gun Kelly ft. Meek Mill, Mystikal, French Montana, Yo Gotti, Steve-O & 2 Chainz – “Wild Boy (Remix)”
Machine Gun Kelly’s riot-starting anthem gives 2 Chainz the head start before the real wild boys take over.
10. Big Sean ft. 2 Chainz – “Keep It G”
Slated to be on Big Sean’s newest mixtape, FFOE, he snatches up his Def Jam running mate for this dope record.
9. Curren$y ft. 2 Chainz – “Capitol”
2 Chainz makes stripper music, party music and stoner music. This collaboration with Curren$y lets you know that their isn’t anyone’s lane he can’t come in and make his own.
2 Chainz’s biggest crossover record had him landing on a remix to the lead single of arguably the biggest Pop star in the world.
8. Kirko Bangz ft. Juelz Santana & 2 Chainz – “Drank In My Cup (Remix)”
2 Chainz singing about drank in a cup? Sounds like the first time peanut butter met jelly.
7. Wale ft. Rick Ross, Trey Songz and 2 Chainz – “Bait (Remix)”
Wale’s Go-Go anthem got people ready for his WBR debut, Ambition. The remix with Rick Ross, Trey Songz and Tity maintains the energy of the original.
6. Travis Porter ft. Young Jeezy & 2 Chainz – “YouDon’t Know (Remix)”
Travis Porter and 2 Chainz take it to the A-Town for the remix of this down south favorite.
5. DJ Drama ft. Trey Songz, Big Sean & 2 Chainz – “Oh My (Remix)”
You need a remix? You go to 2 Chainz. Even mixtape king DJ Drama knows this.
4. Nicki Minaj ft. 2 Chainz – “Beez In The Trap”
Dig this song, but dig the gif even more. Many people thought Nicki Minaj’s sophomore album left a bad taste in their mouth, but not many people had negative thoughts on “Beez In Da Trap,” featuring you know who.
3. Rick Ross ft. Wale & 2 Chainz – “F-ck Em”
2 Chainz never has to have the most intricate bars, because his confidence and charisma shoots him past tons of rappers. Never is that more evident on “F-ck Em.”
2. Young Jeezy ft. 2 Chainz – “Supafreak”
Quoteables for days. No disrespect to the Snow Man, but Tity 2 Necklaces pulled a “Duffle Bag Boy” on him. Funny how that works out.
1. Kanye West, Big Sean, Pusha T. & 2 Chainz – “Mercy”
Highly respected lyricists Kanye West, Pusha T and Big Sean all got on a record and were out shined by 2 Chainz. His metaphors are both clever and as memorable as “Mercy’s” video. Black Arab ninja swag.
